AFTER HOURS

For those patients under the care of Dr Tarek Meniawy at Western Oncology who have private health insurance, after hours support is available by contacting the Oncology Nurses on Ward 35 at St John of God Subiaco on 6465 2819 between 5:00pm and 8:00am weekdays and then all hours on weekends and public holidays. Alternately, patients can seek review by their General Practitioner or in the event of an emergency, attend their nearest Emergency Department.

Directions

We are conveniently located at Suite 106,9 Salvado Rd, Subiaco (North One Building). The practice is located directly across the road from St John of God Subiaco Hospital. The practice is surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants, Subiaco Train station, as well as a pharmacy, news agency and shopping precinct on our door step.

Please note that the only access to the practice is via the external entrance on Salvado Rd. There are entrances to the building off Station Street and Sheen Street but there is no access to the rooms from inside the building.

For wheelchair access and taxi/car drop-offs, we suggest a drop-off point at Sheen Street opposite ‘His Lid’ barber and Espresso Bar, also opposite ‘Woodpeckers Restaurant’.

Parking

Convenient, wheelchair accessible parking is available at three locations within close walking distance:

  1. Subiaco Square – Woolworths underground carpark (entrance off Station Street), provides 90 minutes free parking and is located approximately 300 metres from the rooms.

  2. Market Lane – Coles multi-level carpark (entrance off Hood Street), provides 3 hours free parking and is located approximately 300 metres from the rooms.

  3. St John of God Subiaco Hospital – multi-level carpark (entrance off Salvado Road), provides parking at an hourly rate, with a maximum capped daily limit of $15.50 / day*. The hospital carpark is located approximately 150 metres from the rooms.

Train

The closest train station is Station Subiaco Station, located 400 metres from our practice. Subiaco station is accessible on the Fremantle Line.

Bus

Numerous bus routes are available that will bring you close to our practice location. Please visit the Transperth website to plan your journey.

Taxi

The closest taxi rank is located at the front foyer of St John of God Subiaco Hospital. A dedicated Taxi phone is available for your use at the front reception desk of the hospital.

For patients arriving by Taxi or needing a drop-off, we suggest that you advise your driver to drop you off outside of “Woodpeckers” on Sheen street, also across from ‘His Lid’ barber and Espresso Bar.
